Pay Civil Filing Fees Online
The 31st District Court is pleased to offer civil litigants the ability to pay select civil filing fees using the Court's online payment system. In order to be eligible for payment using the online system, the litigant must have an existing case number issued by the Court. The Court is not able to accept civil filing fees associated with the initiation of a civil action. Examples of civil filing fees accepted using the online payment system include motion fees, jury demand fees and garnishment fees.

- Case Number
- Attorney Name
- Plaintiff Name
- Defendant Name
- Fee Amount
- Type of Filing
- Payer Contact information (Name, Address, Email Address, Telephone Number)
